ERP Integration

Your ERP system and your shop don't talk to each other on their own. Without an automated connection, that means: staff enter orders into the ERP by hand, stock levels are maintained separately in two systems and drift apart, and new products have to be created twice — error-prone and unable to scale once order volume grows.

I connect both sides automatically, so stock, orders, product data, and documents stay continuously in sync. The connection runs bidirectionally: changes in the ERP are reflected in the shop, and vice versa — with no manual double maintenance.

Automatic stock management

Stock levels are continuously reconciled between shop and ERP — no overselling or erroneous sales due to outdated stock data.

Automatic order processing

Orders from the shop go straight into the ERP and are processed there without manual transfer.

Automatic product creation & maintenance

New products and changes are kept in sync between ERP and shop.

Invoice and document reconciliation

Invoices and other documents are automatically exchanged between the systems.

If your marketplace business runs via Tradebyte, I also include your ERP system in that cycle, for example weclapp. More on the Tradebyte integration.

Systems I connect

This is a selection, not a complete list. Your system isn't listed? Just get in touch, most systems with an API can be connected.
