Synesty Studio is a no-code middleware platform developed by Synesty GmbH in Jena, Germany. It connects shop systems, ERP, marketplaces and shipping providers through data flows instead of programming every interface from scratch. Ready-made add-ons exist for many systems, and custom connections can be built via APIs and file formats for everything else.
I am a verified Synesty partner and have worked with the platform for 7 years. If you use or are considering Synesty Studio, I support you with introducing, building and running your integrations.
Synesty is no-code, but not every interface stays simple. When special cases, custom APIs or troubleshooting running flows come into play, development experience saves time. That is exactly where I come in.
Verified Synesty partner
I am listed as a verified partner in Synesty's partner directory and know the platform from numerous client projects.
Two ways to work together
You use your own Synesty account or work through my reseller account, whichever suits your organization.
Direct point of contact
From the initial discussion through implementation to operation, you talk to the person who builds your integration.
Honest assessment upfront
In the first conversation I will tell you whether Synesty fits your case, even if that speaks against Synesty.
How I support you as a Synesty partner
- Getting started: You are weighing whether Synesty fits, or are just starting. I help with the assessment, the setup and the first flows.
- Implementation: I develop integrations from the initial discussion to go-live, or take over parts such as a first draft or an extension.
- Existing flows: I troubleshoot running integrations, extend them, or take over flows that were previously maintained in-house.
- Operation: When systems or processes change, I adapt the integrations.
Typical use cases
- Shop and marketplace: Product data, stock and orders between shop system and marketplaces, see shop-to-marketplace integration.
- Shop and ERP: Items, stock, orders and invoice data between shop and inventory system, see ERP integration.
- Tradebyte: Product data, order retrieval and feedback, see Tradebyte integration.
- Logistics and fulfillment: Shipping orders, tracking and shipping labels, see logistics and fulfillment integration.
- Reporting: Automatically combine data from several systems, see Reporting.
Working together and costs
Two items add up: my services, which I quote in advance after we have agreed the details, and the Synesty Studio platform itself. For the platform you have two options, which can also be combined. The current plans and pricing are listed at Synesty.
| Your own Synesty account | Through me as a reseller | |
|---|---|---|
| My role | Consulting partner in your account | Reseller with my Synesty account |
| Contract with Synesty | You book Synesty Studio yourself | Not needed |

| My services | Invoiced separately | Joint invoice |
| Your flows | Run in your account | Run separately from other clients in my account |
| Fits if | The flows are to be maintained in-house long term | You do not want your own contract with Synesty |
Synesty also offers a free trial with no time limit and a reduced feature set.
Note: The links to Synesty on this page are referral links. If you create a Synesty account through them, I receive a benefit from Synesty. This does not cost you anything extra.
When Synesty fits and when it does not
Synesty Studio fits well when data between shop, ERP, marketplace and logistics should be exchanged reliably and regularly, and the integration should stay understandable for people. It is less suitable for very high data volumes in real time or for highly individual application logic that goes beyond data exchange. In those cases, custom development or another tool makes more sense. I will tell you honestly in the first conversation what fits your case, even if that speaks against Synesty.
Frequently asked questions
What does a Synesty partner do?
A Synesty partner supports companies with introducing, building and running integrations with Synesty Studio. I am a partner verified by Synesty and work both as a consultant in the client’s account and as a reseller through my own account, in each case as an independent developer on my own account.
Do you offer consulting and setup for Synesty?
Yes. I help with assessing whether Synesty fits your project, with setting up the platform and with the first flows. Whether you maintain the flows yourself afterwards or I look after them, we decide together.
Can you take over or repair existing Synesty flows?
Yes. I look for errors in running integrations, extend them or take over flows that have so far been maintained in-house.
Are you a freelancer or an agency?
I am a freelance developer and your direct point of contact, with no agency or ticket structure in between. As a Synesty partner I work on my own account and independently of Synesty.
Do you only work with Synesty?
No. Synesty is one tool I use to build many integrations, but not the only one. Which technology fits your project, we decide in the first conversation.
Do I need my own Synesty account?
No, but you can have one. Either you book Synesty Studio yourself and give me access, or you use the platform through me as a reseller and receive a joint invoice. Which route fits better depends on your organization, for example on whether the flows should be maintained in-house in the long run.
Which systems do you build Synesty flows for?
Among others Shopify, Shopware, plentyONE, weclapp, JTL, Billbee, Amazon and Tradebyte. Further systems can usually be connected via their API or file interfaces.
What does a Synesty integration cost?
That depends on the scope and the number of systems involved. After we have agreed the details, you receive a concrete quote for my services. Platform costs are added by Synesty or through me as a reseller, depending on the model.
Systems I connect
This is a selection, not a complete list. Your system isn't listed? Just get in touch, most systems with an API can be connected.
Do you want to introduce Synesty or have existing integrations taken over? Tell me briefly about your project.
