Technology: how I work with TikTok Shop
I use TikTok Shop’s interface for products, prices, stock, orders, fulfillments and returns. On your side I access your system via REST, JSON, XML, CSV or FTP, depending on the system. We agree together, per data flow, which data leads in your shop or ERP and which at TikTok Shop.
Process
- Clarify data flows: Which data goes in which direction, and how are products, shipping methods and returns mapped?
- Build and test: I build the integration and test it with real data before it goes live.
- Go-live and operation: The integration runs in the background, runs are logged, and I implement process changes afterwards.
