weclapp Integration

weclapp is a cloud-based ERP for order processing, inventory and invoicing, but the path between your online shop and weclapp is only as good as the interface in between. I develop custom integrations that create shop orders as sales orders in weclapp, sync stock and items and pass on invoices, without anyone retyping data.

What I build for weclapp

• Creating orders as sales orders: New shop orders arrive in weclapp as a sales order, including customer, delivery and billing address, line items and shipping method.
• Syncing stock: Available stock from weclapp is transferred to the shop continuously, so you never sell more than you can deliver.
• Creating and updating items: New items and changes to items, prices and product data are kept in sync between weclapp and the shop.
• Exporting invoices and documents: Invoices from weclapp are made available to the shop, the customer or your accounting.
• Confirming shipping: Once goods are delivered in weclapp, shipping and tracking information goes back automatically to the shop or marketplace.
• Connecting marketplaces: With weclapp as the leading system, you sell via Tradebyte and further marketplaces.

• weclapp and Magento 2: A custom interface that I develop and maintain for a client: weclapp supplies the product data for the Magento 2 store, and orders from the store are transferred back to weclapp.

Technology: how I work with weclapp

I access items, orders, stock and invoices via weclapp’s REST interface. Data is exchanged with the shop side via REST, GraphQL, JSON, XML, CSV or FTP, depending on the system. We agree together, per data flow, which data leads in weclapp and which in the shop.

Process

1. Clarify data flows: Which data goes in which direction, and how are customers, payment methods and shipping methods mapped?
2. Build and test: I build the integration and test it with real orders before it goes live.
3. Go-live and operation: The integration runs in the background, runs are logged, and I implement process changes afterwards.

Which shop systems do you connect to weclapp?

Shopify, Shopware, Magento, plentyONE and other systems, as well as marketplaces via Tradebyte or direct.

Are invoices created automatically?

Invoices are created in weclapp according to your process. The integration can export them and pass them to the shop, the customer or your accounting.

Can weclapp be the leading system?

Yes. Which system acts as the leading system is decided individually per data flow.

Do I need a weclapp add-on module for the integration?

The integration uses weclapp’s API. Which modules or licenses you need for it, we clarify in an initial call based on your weclapp contract.
